We started because we were the engineers being outsourced — and we knew the model was broken. Clients got billed for hours, not outcomes. Engineers had no stake in what they shipped. Communication ran through layers of account managers who didn't understand the code.
So we built something different. A company where engineers are placed by engineers. Where the people doing the matching have shipped production code themselves. Where we take responsibility for the relationship, not just the placement.
Eight years later, our longest client relationships have lasted more than five years. That's not a coincidence — it's what the model was designed to produce.
